Abhinav Singh believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

• For any complaints related to products that come with a manufacturer warranty, customers are requested to directly contact the respective manufacturer for support and resolution.

  For refunds approved by Abhinav Singh or Chai And Creative Media, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours. After initiation, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to be processed and reflected in the customer’s bank account or the original mode of payment used during the purchase.
